Creekside Arts and The Creative Sanctuary will co-host a screening of “Friends and Strangers.”

This event is presented in collaboration with Art21, a non-profit global leader in art education producing preeminent films about today’s leading visual artists and educational programs that inspire creativity worldwide.

BAAM Because Art Always Matters

2nd Thursday of each month

You are invited to join us for wine and snacks at our October gathering of visual, literary and performance artists.

BAAM (Because Art Always Matters) started meeting in 2017, on the 2nd Thursday of each month.  Last month we had an animated group of poets, writers, actors, painters, sculptors, and ceramicists. Come and be inspired!

Writers Group

October 22 at 3pm

On Sunday, September 24 twelve local supportive and enthusiastic writers came out to Creekside to help organize our first writers’ support group here at Creekside. They were driven by a desire for community—a supportive writers’ community.  

Creekside Arts is proud to offer that supportive community.

Our next meeting: October 22 at 3:00pm.

OuterFringe Festival, Oct 5-8 in Eureka

 

The Festival of Dreams continues into the fall with FESTIVAL OF DREAMS: OUTER FRINGE!  Featuring eight entirely brand-new performing arts productions devised by local artists, and playing across six different venues throughout Eureka, you’re sure to find something  to spark your imagination in the Outer Fringe!

Self-guided residencies and retreats

  • Available throughout the year for periods of 1 week or more
